Like I really expected him to say something else

8.23.2011

Sam is now calling Steve, "Dada."

"Dadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadada!"

.....

He is still communicating with me through high-pitched squeals and bird calls.

  2. Don't you love that? I expected it on my end and well said it wouldn't bother (which at first it didn't) it wasnt until he would only say Mama when he was mad that it was frustrating LOL.

  3. They always say the first word is Dada when they are happy and then they say Mama when they are crying :(

YAY for words though!!! He is growing up! It won't be long before he starts saying Mama!

  4. I thought I subscribed to your feed, but I guess I didn't! And I missed all these posts! Oh, well. No help for it.

As far as Sam's language development goes, though, I'll tell you my littlest son has only just started speaking in semi-understandable sentences. And he's two! (and a half.) And I was starting to take pride in our language development program, having produced two in a row who could make them understood even by DADDY by 6 months of age. But they were girls. :-)
